How do I create email accounts? Print

  • 1

SuperiorASP.NET hosting includes email services, allowing you to use your domain name for email and create custom email accounts that end with your domain. Follow the instructions below to set it up.

You’ll first need to activate the email service for your domain name.

1. Log in to your hosting control panel, navigate to EMAILS, and select Emails from the dropdown list.

2. On the Email Manager page, you’ll see your domain name listed. Set the space quota for the domain (note: all email accounts under this domain will share the quota), then click the Active button. If you don’t see your domain name listed, it’s likely because you haven’t added it yet — please refer to the support article 'How do I add a domain name to my website?'.

3. You’ll see "Done." if you've successfully activated the email service for this domain. Next, you'll need to create email accounts for the domain name.

With the email service activated for your domain name, you can now proceed to create email accounts for it.

1. Click the Person icon under ACTIONS.

2. Click the Add Email User button.

3. Enter a username and password for this new email address, as well as the first and last name of the email user, then click the Submit button.

4. You’ll see that the email user has been added. Then, click the Back button to return to the Email Manager homepage.

5. Open the three-dot menu under ACTIONS and select "Login Webmail Interface.”

6. Now that the webmail login interface is open, enter the new email address and password, then click the Login button.

7. Select a theme from the Theme dropdown and set a time zone for the email, then click the OK button.
